Also, for student teachers:
Date of birth, Address, Ethnicity, Disability, Qualifications, Academic progress.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Student Teachers Records, Personal Data and Images

Your records, personal data and image will be kept in a secure, password- protected area for four years. During this time, your records and data may be accessed and used for the following reasons:

  • to track your progress and career development
  • to be scrutinised as part of the quality assurance processes carried out by WTSA and the University of Wolverhampton
  • to support an Ofsted inspection (via the University of Wolverhampton)
  • to support data analysis on recruitment and retention for WTSA

During this time, your image(s) may be used for the following reasons:

  • for recruitment and promotional campaigns (which include Twitter and Facebook)

The Lawful Basis on which we use this information

  • The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
